Equipped with a luxurious double bed for the parents and bunk beds for the children, Barn Cottage provides a comfortable base from which to enjoy a family holiday in the Dordogne. • Suitable for up to two adults and two children
• Spacious double bedroom.
• A twin bedrom equipped with bunk beds - the children's favourite.
• A comfortable, well-furnished lounge.
• Shower room with wash basin and WC.
• The corner kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, a gas cooker and a refrigerator.
• All electricity and gas costs are included in the rental charge.
• Barn Cottage is equipped with French terrestrial television & a DVD player.
• Private patio area with sun loungers.
• Barbecues with all necessary tools and utensils are supplied. all you need to bring is fuel & food!
• Books and indoor games are readily available.
• A cot is available should it be required: please let us know in advance.
• Each cottage has direct access onto the garden and the pool area, and has it's own garden furniture.
• There is also a covered games area with table tennis, snooker and table football.
• It is also possible to configure both Barn & Coachman's Cottages for one large party of six to eight guests by making use of a communal hall (note: we require one Booking Form per cottage)
• Internet access is available. WiFi Broadband connectivity for those who must stay in touch!

Coachman's Cottage is ideal for a couple or a family with a small child. The accommodation is all on the ground floor. It has a single bedroom, equipped with a luxurious double bed and a single bed. The sofa also converts into a bed for those with an older child. This cottage is full of character and is perfect for those who are seeking a quiet location to de-stress from the hectic pace of modern life. Here are some more details about Coachman's Cottage :-

• Suitable for up to two adults and one young child
• It has an attractive lounge with a feature fireplace, and incorporates a kitchen/dining area.
• A comfortable & large double bedroom, that can also easily accommodate a cot or a single bed.
• Shower room with washbasin and WC.
• The cosy feature lounge is furnished with a convertible sofa.
• The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, a gas cooker and a refrigerator.
• All electricity and gas costs are included in the rental charge.
• Coachmans Cottage has it's own French terrestrial television & a DVD player.
• Private patio area with sun loungers.
• Barbecues with all necessary tools and utensils are supplied. all you need to bring is fuel & food!

Stable Cottage is our largest gîte and provides accommodation for up to nine guests in two-storied comfort. With two double bedrooms, and two rooms equipped with two and three single beds respectively, this cottage provides an ideal base for the larger family or a group of friends holidaying together.

• The ground floor has a large lounge with attractive beamed ceilings and stone walls, with patio doors to the garden.
• Adjoining the lounge is the first of four bedrooms, furnished with a double bed.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with gas oven, microwave and refrigerator.
• All electricity and gas costs are included in the rental charge.
• Adjoining the kitchen is the large dining area.
• Further, the ground floor has a shower room and a separate WC/wash room.
• Upstairs consists of a further shower room, with a washbasin and a WC,
• A second double bedroom,
• One twin bedroom...
• ... and one bedroom equipped with three single beds.
• Stable Cottage has it's own French terrestrial television & a DVD player.
